Celebrity & Site NewsOctober 16, 2009 In what was almost a unanimous Foa Foa tribe vote, Ashley Trainer was voted off of Survivor Samoa. Even I have to admit she performed horribly during the last two challenges. Liz Kim, yet another cast member with attorney listed as occupation, was the only other contestant to receive a vote -- Ashley voted for Liz. It looks like Liz will be the next Foa Foa tribe member to get the axe. October 12, 2009 I am afraid that Ashley Trainer's days as a contestant on Survivor Samoa are numbered. Russell does not seem to be fond of her, for some reason, and most of the time he gets exactly what he wants. So, here is the first part of a collection of screen captures of Ashley before she, like Marissa, disappears from the show. October 4, 2009 Google finally lifted the ban they inexplicably placed on my Paris Hilton Biography page. August 12, 2009 Tek was dismissed by chef Ramsey on last nights episode of Hell's Kitchen. During an embarrassing showing by the red team, Amanda and Tek put forth an effort that even I have to admit was pretty pathetic. I have never watched Hell's Kitchen before this season, which has been very entertaining. No screen captures or anything, just thought I would mention it. July 13, 2009 The new season of Paris Hilton's new BFF aired at some point. I totally forgot about that series, so I have no idea when it started up again. This year looks pretty brutal and will not be capturing any images for those who care. Judging from the shows ratings that can't be very many. February 15, 2009 Based on what I have read so far on Survivor related message boards, there aren't as many Survivor fans who were disappointed about the swift departure of Carolina Eastwood as I thought there would be. I will post a few screen captures anyway. Photo 1 Photo 2 Photo 3 February 12, 2009 Carolina Eastwood has the dubious distinction of being the first voted off of Survivor Tocantins, the 18th season of the popular reality television show. Well, there really isn't much to be said about Carolina since she was voted off before she even received an opportunity to settle into camp. I am sure, however, that there were many disappointed survivor viewers after tonights tribal counsel. For those who may have missed Carolina's very brief television debut, I will post some screen captures as soon as they are processed. January 23, 2009  Nothing new really going on except a nice photo from tmz.com of Jessica Alba in a candid beach photo. January 7, 2009 Zhang Zi Yi's controversial beach photos are on-line. After viewing the 
entire set of photos, it seems very likely that they were staged. It appears that
at least the old man with Zhang was aware of the paparazzi -- perhaps Zhang
was also aware, but it is tougher to tell that. Anyway, it seems as if one or both of them
received payment in exchange for allowing the paparazzi to take these "candid"
photos of the couple. At one point, the old man is clearly looking into the
camera while touching Zhang ziyi. One thing is very clear, the two are an item and

December 15, 2008 Bob Crowley won Survivor Gabon yesterday, while Jessica "Sugar" Kiper made it to the final three but did not receive a single vote from the jury. Sugar came in second for the most popular Survivor Gabon cast member, so she failed to earn the $100,000 prize. Fortunately, it looks as if Jessica will be able to use her Survivor fame to earn a few modeling jobs. I will be looking out for that :-) Survivor Gabon, in my opinion, was as entertaining as Survivor China. Next season, the setting will be Tocantins -- the Brazilian highlands. December 7, 2008 I came across a very old clip of a very young Christina Milian while searching my files. When the Disney Channel's animated series Kim Possible was popular, Christina was asked to write and sing the show's theme song. Christina, I imagine, at the time was in her early 20's. The clip is from 2003. December 5, 2008 Thank god Corinne Kaplan was finally voted off of the hit television show Survivor. For those who do not watch please bare with me while I rant. Corinne, with her unjustifiable arrogance, finally received what she had coming -- her plan blowing up in her face. She did not count on Crystal remaining true to her alliance and writing down the name "Corinne." Hahaha. Now Corinne has been relegated to the role of spoiler as a jury member -- where she will be reunited with several of her original tribe members. Corinne and Randy and their distasteful personalities should get along well at the Survivor Ponderosa. By the way, Kenny Hoang's sister is really cute . :-) Interesting find: Jeff Probst blog though it doesn't appear to be updated often. The message postings are active, however. December 3, 2008 The season finale of Paris Hilton's new BFF aired yesterday. By now, those who care, already know that Britney "won" the honor of becoming Paris' new best friend. I will let those who watched judge for themselves this reality show and how it ended. No talk, at least not yet, of another season. I posted images from the Corrie and Shelley (Shelly?) double vote off -- better late then never. November 24, 2008 Ultimately, Lauren was eliminated on Paris Hilton's new BFF. Before that, former contestants returned to the show just to give makeovers to the remaining cast members. Fans of past rejects like Kiki, Kayley, Natasha, and Baje will be pleased. Fans of Asian chicks with Adam's apples will be happy to see Onch makes his/her return -- kidding. I don't think he is a transsexual, just a hyper-fem gay guy. November 21, 2008 With this season of Survivor heating up, we felt it is time to put the spotlight on a few of the contestants. Sugar, one of the more popular cast memebers of Survivor Gabon, career of pin-up model has helped make her a hit on-line. Survivor Gabon can be seen on CBS on Thursdays at 8:00PM EST. November 15, 2008 Paris Hilton's first solo reality television show brought to you by the geniuses :-) at MTV. A Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas concept, which pits sixteen cast members against each other for the prize of becoming Paris Hilton's new BFF. September 29, 2008 With millions of yoga instructional videos sold, Sara Ivanhoe has introduced so many to the benefits of yoga. Currently, Sara Ivanhoe can be seen on Fit Tv's "All Star Workouts" performing a yoga based workout. July 24, 2008 Paris Hilton caught by the paparazzi boogie boarding at the beach with friends. She seems to be well aware of the fact that she is being photographed while wearing a rather skimpy bikini. June 3, 2008 Though video is the only thing that can really do the Shimmy belly dance workout series justice, here are screen captures from the very popular FitTv television show. Not unlike actual belly dance classes, the show starts with a warm up and then focuses on teaching single movements and combinations. Sorry, I have yet to see any of the dancers use zills -- they may not be used in any of the episodes. May 25, 2008 Star of films like "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon," "Hero," and "House of Flying Daggers" the extraordinarily lovely and talented Zhang Zi Yi. Zhang is currently working on a new film entitled Mei Lanfang. The film is a biographical one about the life of Mei Lanfang(1894-1961), one of China's most well known Peking opera performers. The film will be directed by Chen Kaige. Leon Lai will be co-starring with Zhang. May 21, 2008 Angelina Jolie at Cannes Film Festival promoting the DreamWorks' animated film "Kung Fu Panda" on Thursday May 15 revealed she is pregnant with twins. Angelina Jolie is also stars in the Clint Eastwood film "Changeling." Hi-Resolution photos of Angelina at Cannes Film Festival as well as pre-pregnancy photos. Also, Hi-Resolution photos of Jessica Alba and Hillary Duff in Allure Magazine May 1, 2008 Screen captures from the TNT broadcast of Jessica Alba's picturesque film "Into the Blue." "Into the Blue," it seems, was shot in the caribbean and features stunning underwater scenes. I am sure TNT will rebroadcast "Into the Blue" in the coming months.
